A self-adaptive coding method for flue check valves comprises the following steps that (1) a fan of any one range hood is started to a certain gear or turn, a corresponding adjustable check valve is started synchronously, other adjustable check valves and range hoods are stopped, and a flue fan is started; (2) the flow of the fan of the corresponding range hood is obtained; (3) the current range hood and the corresponding adjustable check valve are stopped, a range hood of another user is started to a same gear, a corresponding adjustable check valve is started to a same angle, and the flow iscalculated; (4) the adjustable check valves are ranked according to the flow; (5) the steps (2), (3) and (4) are repeated; (6) all the adjustable check valves are operated, and ranking is completed;and (7) the flow sequence from lower to higher defaults to a floor sequence from lower to higher, and floor and address code binding is conducted on the adjustable check valves. According to the self-adaptive coding method for the flue check valves, the relation of floors and the valves is automatically configured with flow control, thus the valves can achieve self-adaptive matching, and floor coding and network distribution do not need to be conducted manually again during installation.
一种烟道止回阀的自适应编码方法,包括如下步骤:①、开启任意吸油烟机的风机到某个档位或者转,同步打开对应可调止回阀,其他可调止回阀和吸油烟机关闭,烟道风机开启;②、获取对应吸油烟机风机流量;③、关闭当前吸油烟机和对应的可调止回阀,开启另外一户吸油烟机至相同档位,且开启对应可调止回阀至相同角度,并计算流量;④、根据流量对可调止回阀进行排序;⑤、重复步骤②、③、④;⑥、遍历所有可调止回阀,完成排序;⑦、默认流量从小到大顺序为楼层自低到高顺序,对可调止回阀进行楼层与地址码绑定。该烟道止回阀的自适应编码方法利用流量控制自动配置楼层与阀的关系,使得阀体可以自适应匹配,安装时无需人工进行楼层重新编码配网。
