The kiln comprises a kiln body, a kiln car is arranged in the kiln body, a temperature rise device is arranged in the kiln body, a heat preservation cavity is formed in the inner wall of the kiln body, the heat preservation cavity is filled with zirconium-contained fiber cotton, the temperature rise device comprises gas nozzles evenly distributed on the wall part of the kiln body, an air inlet and an automatic igniter are arranged beside the gas nozzles, the gas nozzles are connected with a gas pipeline, an air outlet is formed in the kiln body, and is connected with a smoke exhaust pipeline, the smoke exhaust pipeline comprises a linear segment and an expansion segment, the linear segment is close to the kiln body,a waste heat use device is arranged outside the expansion segment, a heat exchange cavity is formed in the waste heat use device, one side of the heat exchange cavity is tightly attached to the outerwall of the expansion segment, and a water inlet and a water draining opening are connected to the heat exchange cavity. The heat preservation and insulation effect is added in structure and a heat preservation coating, the heat preservation effect of the kiln is good, and the sintering effect is greatly improved.
