Free spider joint nodes for space structural frames
The invention relates to the structural frame joint technology field, in particular to the free spider joint nodes for the space structural frames. The free spider joint nodes can be connected with aplurality of components in a universal manner and on the condition of non-predefined in-between member's angles. The free spider joint nodes can be disassembled and assembled again to join the membersfor other different frame angles. One node can connect 24 members in three layers and in three directions. The nodes are mainly consisting of a central spherical body (1), guide arms (2) and connectors (7). The members are fixed to connectors (7) through flanges, those connectors (7) are tightly rested on the central spherical body (1) by group of guide arms (2). The guide arms (2) pass through connectors (7) and are fixed to central spherical body (1) through slip pressure fittings, the angles of guide arms (2) and members can be modified horizontally around vertical axis, the movement of guide arms is controlled by the upper and lower guide base. Also, the angles of the connectors (7) and the members can be modified vertically through guide arms (2). The joint nodes can connect any tubular bars without pre preparation for tube's ends, only the length of the tubes should be adjusted according the frame design, and the nodes are directly connected to the connector's flanges by using screw bolts.
本发明涉及结构框架接头技术领域,尤其涉及用于空间结构框架的万向蜘蛛节点,所述万向蜘蛛节点能够在非预定义中间构件角条件下以万向的方式连接多个构件。用于空间结构框架的万向蜘蛛节点可以拆解并且重新组装后可以再次连接其他不同框架角的构件。一个节点可以从三个方向分三层连接24个构件。节点包括多个连接件组件,主要包括中心体(1)、导向臂(2)和连接件体(7)。通过法兰将所述连接件体(7)固定在所述连接件组件上;所述连接件体(7)通过导向臂(2)紧紧地连接到球形的中心体(1)上。导向臂(2)穿过所述连接件体(7)并通过滑动压力配件将其固定到所述球形的中心体(1)上,导向臂(2)和连接件组件对所有节点角进行横向和纵向修改与调节,然后利用上下导向基座控制所述导向臂的移动。此外,连接件体(7)和其他连接件组件的角度可以通过导向臂(2)进行垂直修改。所述节点无需预先准备管端就可连接任何管状杆,连接时,仅需根据框架设计调节所述管状杆的长度,然后利用螺钉螺栓直接将其连接到所述连接件法兰上。
