The invention relates to a novel slope protection and greening structure. The structure comprises a slope body planted with plants, wherein the slope body is provided with a plurality of flow guide grooves at intervals along the extension direction, the flow guide grooves extend toward the inclined direction of the slope body, the bottoms of each two adjacent flow guide grooves are provided with adrainage groove, each flow guide groove communicates with the corresponding drainage groove, the slope body is provided with circulation assemblies for collecting water in the drainage grooves for recycling, the number and position of the circulation assemblies corresponds to that of the drainage grooves, a water inlet of each circulation apparatus communicates with the corresponding drainage groove, and irrigation apparatuses for irrigating plants between each two adjacent flow guide grooves are arranged on positions, close to the flow guide grooves, of the slope body. The structure has theeffect of irrigating the plants and avoiding the plants from withering and dying.
