Mortar for semi-flexible pavement
The invention discloses mortar for a semi-flexible pavement. The mortar comprises, by mass, 30-50 parts of silica fume, 22-30 parts of fly ash, 20-30 parts of iron tailing sand, 3 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 5 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 6 parts of bentonite, 20 parts of polyphosphate, 1 part of methacrylic acid, 2-5 parts of a thickening agent, 14-18 parts of a humectant, 5 parts of saturated polyester resin, 2-5 parts of butyl acrylate, 8-12 parts of a coupling agent, 10-15 parts of an adhesive and 40-50 parts of water. Compared with other grouting materials, the mortar for the semi-flexible pavement has the advantages of high hardening speed, early strength, uniformity, stability and no segregation after being mixed with water, good combination with an asphalt mixture and no shrinkage after being hardened.
本发明公开了一种半柔性路面用砂浆，由如下质量份数的组分组成：30～50份硅灰、22～30份粉煤灰、20～30份铁尾矿砂、3份碳酸氢钠、5份三聚磷酸钠、6份膨润土、20份多聚磷酸酯、1份甲基丙烯酸、2～5份增稠剂、14～18份保湿剂、5份饱和聚酯树脂、2～5份丙烯酸丁酯、8～12份偶联剂、10～15份胶黏剂以及40～50份水。本发明半柔性路面用砂浆与其它灌浆材料相比，快硬、早强、与水拌合后均匀、稳定、不离析、与沥青混合料结合良好、硬化后无收缩。
