The surface of a prebaked carbon anode is coated with the coating, then low temperature sintering is performed to achieve densification and capillary pore constriction in order to form a protection isolation layer which is good in adhesiveness with the prebaked carbonanode, complete, compact and high in strength, the protection isolation layer can tolerate the high temperature of 800 DEG C or above for a long time, and contact between the prebaked carbon anode andair and contact between the side face of the carbon anode and CO2 are effectively isolated, so the service life of the carbon anode is prolonged, and 30% of carbon slag falling is reduced.
