本发明提供了一种单相结构多组元高熵过渡金属碳化物陶瓷的制备方法,主要涉及一种具有优异性能的高熵陶瓷材料,属于高温结构陶瓷领域。对五种或五种以上IVB,VB和VIB族过渡金属碳化物粉末按等摩尔比进行高能球磨、酸处理、高温氢气还原,采用高熔点材料包裹后进行预压,在4~8 GPa,1000~1800℃的温压条件下烧结成单相结构多组元高熵过渡金属碳化物陶瓷块体材料。本发明首次利用高温高压方法制备出了单相结构多组元高熵过渡金属碳化物陶瓷,具有单一相结构以及良好的机械性能。本发明提供的方法具有成本低、对环境友好、烧结工艺简单、产品性能好、成品率高等特点,便于工业化生产。
