The ceramic provided by the invention has high hardness, high wear resistance, good toughness, good cutting performance and long cuttinglife, and can be applied to the field of ceramic cutters.
本发明属于陶瓷技术领域,公开了一种含cBN超硬颗粒的陶瓷及其制备方法和应用,所述陶瓷是将cBN颗粒、SiN粉体、烧结助剂AlO‑YO加入乙醇和SiN球进行球磨混料,将混好的浆料干燥后过筛,获得混合粉体;将混合粉体压制成胚体,在保护气氛下,对胚体加以30~100Mpa轴向压力,加热到1500~1800℃并保温,经放电等离子烧结制得。本发明的陶瓷具有高硬度、高耐磨性和较好的韧性,良好的切削性能和切削寿命,可应用到陶瓷刀具领域中。
