The invention discloses the technical field of stainless steel and ceramic sheet connecting methods. The invention particularly discloses a diffusion brazing method for stainless steel and ceramic sheets. Oil stains on the surface of the stainless steel are cleaned through a first-time oscillation cleaning process so that the surface of the stainless steel is cleaner, the surface of the stainlesssteel is ground by using a grinding step so that the surface is smooth, fine metal particles existing in the previous grinding step are cleaned through a second oscillation cleaning process so that the surface is brighten, a clamp is used for fixing in the lap joint step, then, the stainless steel and the ceramic sheet are fixed together through screws by using a digital display torque wrench, andthe stainless steel and the ceramic sheet are subjected to vacuum heat treatment by using a first vacuum heat treatment step and a second vacuum heat treatment step, so that the aims of high bondingstrength between the stainless steel and the ceramic sheet, long service life and low possibility of falling off can be achieved.
