Synthesis method of phosphorus-containing unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether and product and application thereof
The invention discloses a synthesis method of phosphorus-containing unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether, the phosphorus-containing unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether prepared by the synthesis method andan application of the phosphorus-containing unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether, and belongs to the field of admixtures of concrete. The synthesis method mainly comprises the following steps: adding glycerol and phosphoric acid into a reaction container to prepare a glycerol phosphate compound, carrying out an esterification reaction process on the prepared glycerol phosphate compound and an unsaturated carboxylic acid compound to prepare a phosphate compound with unsaturated double bonds, and carrying out a ring-opening polymerization reaction process on the phosphate compound with unsaturateddouble bonds and an epoxy compound under an alkaline condition to prepare the phosphorus-containing unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether compound. The small-molecular phosphate can form a complex with Ca<2+> in cement to delay hydration of the cement, and can compete with carboxyl in the polycarboxylic acid building admixture to adsorb and reduce adsorption of clay and the like to carboxyl, thereby ensuring the performance of the polycarboxylic acid building admixture.
本发明公开了一种含磷不饱和聚氧乙烯醚的合成方法,以及采用该合成方法制得的含磷不饱和聚氧乙烯醚及其应用,属于混凝土的外加剂领域。所述合成方法主要包括:首先,向反应容器中加入丙三醇与磷酸,制得丙三醇的磷酸酯化合物;其次:将制得的丙三醇的磷酸酯化合物与不饱和羧酸化合物进行酯化反应,制得具有不饱和双键的磷酸酯类化合物;最后,将具有不饱和双键的磷酸酯类化合物与环氧类化合物在碱性条件下进行开环聚合反应,制得含磷的不饱和聚氧乙烯醚化合物。本发明中小分子磷酸盐能够和水泥中的Ca形成络合物,延缓水泥水化,同时能够与聚羧酸类建筑外加剂中的羧基竞争吸附,能够降低粘土等对羧基的吸附,从而保证聚羧酸类建筑外加剂的性能。
