The invention relates to a track-ballast bed combined system suitable for a vertical isolation joint. The track-ballast bed combined system is used in cooperation with a shock isolation railway station house and is composed of three parts including a rotatable track, a rotatable track supporting device and a lap joint type ballast bed; the rotatable track can rotate by a certain angle when an earthquake occurs, so that the movement of a shock isolation layer and an upper structure is not influenced; the rotatable track supporting device is arranged in a vertical isolation joint and used for supporting the rotatable track crossing the vertical isolation joint. According to the track-ballast bed combined system, on the basis of the original functions of a traditional ballast bed, the arrangement of the vertical isolation joint is not influenced. The track-ballast bed combined system is simple in structure and clear in working principle, the problem that a traditional track-ballast bed system hinders movement of an upper structure of a shock insulation layer when an earthquake occurs can be effectively solved, and therefore the track-ballast bed combined system can be applied to building structures with tracks and shock insulation requirements, such as subway stations and railway stations.
