Track stray current grounding terminal positioning device and application thereof
The invention discloses a track stray current grounding terminal positioning device and application thereof. An application method comprises following steps: fixing stray current grounding terminals on the track stray current grounding terminal positioning device, pouring a reinforcement cage, vertically lapping the track stray current grounding terminal positioning device between two tracks before concrete is solidified, and symmetrically placing the stray current grounding terminals fixed by using the track stray current grounding terminal positioning device at an expansion joint template; finely adjusting the reinforcement cage according to the position of the stray current grounding terminals, and binding and fixing the stray current grounding terminals and the reinforcement cage through a binding wire; after the concrete is solidified, dismounting the positioning device, and carrying out welding and secondary pouring on the reinforcement cage and the stray current grounding terminals. The problems that in traditional construction, the reinforcement cage and the stray current grounding terminals are welded firstly and then poured, so that the reinforcement cage deforms, the stray current grounding terminals incline and sink, concrete is immersed, the appearance quality is poor, the design requirement cannot be met, and the using performance of the stray current grounding terminals is affected are solved.
