The invention relates to a light-emitting permeable concrete road based on recycled aggregate and a construction method thereof. The light-emitting permeable concrete road comprises a permeable cushion layer (1), a permeable base layer (2) and a light-emitting permeable surface layer (3) which are sequentially laid and pressed from bottom to top, and the surface of the light-emitting permeable surface layer (3) is coated with a light-emitting permeable surface layer sealant (4); the permeable cushion layer (1) comprises pressed ceramsite (5) and low-quality recycled aggregate (6) which are laid from bottom to top; the permeable base layer (2) is first high-quality recycled aggregate permeable concrete (9); and the light-emitting permeable surface layer (3) comprises light-emitting permeable concrete (7) and second high-quality recycled aggregate permeable concrete (8). Compared with the prior art, the light-emitting permeable concrete road has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, good permeable effect, high durability, low cost, high luminous intensity, long luminous time, attractive appearance, multiple functions and the like; compared with the prior art, theconstruction method has the advantages of simplicity, high construction efficiency and the like.
