The invention discloses a novel blind sidewalk construction process which comprises a spraying machine and a template, the spraying machine is used for melting a hot melting material; the hollow partof the template is provided with blind sidewalk lines; the template is placed on to-be-paved road plate bricks; the molten material is sprayed onto the template through a spraying port by using the spraying machine, blind sidewalk patterns are formed on the road plate bricks after cooling hardening of the hot melting material, the construction complexity of the sidewalk brick can be effectively reduced, the inconvenience that a person with visual impairment have to surround a well lid when in walking along the sidewalk can be eliminated, and the whole appearance quality of the sidewalk can beimproved.
本发明公开了一种新型的盲道施工工艺，包括喷涂机、模板，喷涂机将热熔材料熔化，模板的镂空处为盲道纹路，模板放在要铺设的道板砖上，喷涂机将熔化的材料从喷涂口喷到模板上，热熔材料冷却硬化后在道板砖上形成盲道的纹路，本发明能够有效降低了人行道道板砖施工的复杂程度，以及消除了视觉障碍者在按盲道行走时将绕着井盖的不便，增加了盲道整个的外观质量。
