The invention discloses an energy-saving and environment-friendly building civil engineering road dust absorption device which comprises an air cylinder; a piston cavity is formed in the air cylinder,a rotating shaft penetrating through the air cylinder is arranged at the top end of the air cylinder, a wind power driving device is arranged on the rotating shaft, a filter screen is fixedly connected to the inner side wall of the piston cavity and located at the bottom end of the air cylinder, and a reciprocating lead screw is fixedly connected to the end, close to the filter screen, of the rotating shaft. Wind cups are adopted as a power source, no motor is needed, limitation of an electric power connecting circuit is avoided, continuous and long-time work can be achieved, and therefore energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved, a dust collecting box can be conveniently detached from the bottom of a support, and dust accumulated in the dust collecting box can be cleaned conveniently in a labor-saving mode.
