The invention discloses a catamaran dam and belongs to the technical field of water network modification. The catamaran dam comprises a dam body. Protecting walls are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the dam body, a pipeline water channel is mounted at the top end of the dam body, a plant is arranged in the middle position of the bottom end of the dam body, water outlet pipelines are arrangedin the plant in a penetrating manner, an entrance and exit is formed next to the plant by penetrating through the dam body, descending pipelines are mounted between the pipeline water channel and theplant, power generation devices are connected to the side edges of the descending pipelines, kinetic energy devices matched with the power generation devices in use are arranged around the power generation devices, each kinetic energy device comprises a supporting shell, a rotating shaft is mounted in the middle position in each supporting shell, a roller is mounted outside each rotating shaft, and impeller blades are uniformly arranged on the circumferential lines of the rollers. The kinetic energy devices are driven to rotate as a water flow flows to provide potential energy which is converted into electric energy in the power generation devices, so that a water resource is utilized fully. The catamaran dam is simple in integral structure and low in cost.
