The invention provides a double-manner continuous rinsing device. The double-manner continuous rinsing device comprises a big arm base, a big arm oil cylinder, a big arm, a small arm oil cylinder, a small arm, rotating devices, tensioning devices, conveying chain net mechanisms, hydraulic motors and couplers. A big arm swing oil cylinder mounting seat, a pin shaft, a big arm swing base and a pin shaft are arranged on the big arm base. A big arm swing pin shaft hole, a big arm swing oil cylinder lug ring support, a small arm swing oil cylinder mounting seat and a pin shaft are arranged on the big arm. A small arm swing pin shaft hole, a small arm swing oil cylinder lug ring support and a rotating device mounting seat are arranged on the small arm. The big arm and the small arm are used as vertical-direction amplitude change mechanisms of the double-manner continuous rinsing device, and the big arm oil cylinder and the small arm oil cylinder are used as executing mechanisms. The rotatingdevices and the conveying chain plate mechanisms are assisted by the big arm and the small arm to achieve a double-manner working manner of a horizontal flow making manner and a continuous pushing rinsing manner, so that the pushing rinsing speed is increased, continuous operation is achieved, and finally the purposes that the pushing rinsing working efficiency is improved, and upward bringing offloating objects of a rinsing ship is more efficiently assisted are achieved.
