The invention discloses a combined device for secondary hole cleaning of a diaphragm wall groove section by using pouring guide pipes. The combined device is composed of a reverse circulation hole cleaning device and a forward circulation hole cleaning device, wherein the reverse circulation hole cleaning device comprises a pouring guide pipe with one end downwards arranged in a groove of the diaphragm wall groove section, an inner pipe fixing device is arranged at the top of an end socket, one end of an inner pipe sequentially penetrates through the end socket and the pouring guide pipe to the bottom of the pouring guide pipe from top to bottom, the other end of the inner pipe extends out of the end socket, an inner pipe fixing plate matched with the inner pipe fixing device is arranged at the upper part of the inner pipe, the forward circulation hole cleaning device comprises a forward circulation pouring guide pipe with one end downwards arranged in the groove of the diaphragm wallgroove section, the other end of the forward circulation pouring guide pipe communicates with the lower end of a guide pipe sealer, and the upper end of the guide pipe sealer is sealed through a sealing plate.
