The invention discloses a cover capable of absorbing peculiar smell. The cover comprises a cover body, an absorption layer, a pull ring, and a waterproof breateher valve, wherein the first surface ofthe cover body is a surface deviating from a ground well; the second surface of the cover body is a surface directly facing the ground well; the absorption layer is pasted to the second surface of thecover body and is provided with a physical adsorption layer and a chemical absorption layer; one surface of the chemical absorption layer is fixed on the second surface of a well lid; the physical adsorption layer is fixed on the second surface of the chemical absorption layer and comprises grid foam cotton, non-woven fabric and activated carbon; the activated carbon is arranged between the gridfoam cotton and the non-woven fabric; the chemical absorption layer comprises hydrophilic non-woven fabric, a chemical absorbent and foam cotton; the chemical absorbent is arranged in the foam cotton;the hydrophilic non-woven fabric coats the foam cotton; the cover body is provided with four mounting openings; one of the mounting openings is connected with the surface of the ground well; a sinking groove is formed in the first surface of the cover body; the pull ring and the waterproof breateher valve are mounted in the sinking groove; the waterproof breateher valve penetrates through the cover body; the pull ring is used for opening the cover body; the waterproof breateher valve is used for exchanging the purified gas with the air; a sealing gasket is arranged on the periphery of the cover body and is used for sealing the space between the cover body and the ground well. The cover absorbs the gas with peculiar smell in the ground well to prevent the gas with peculiar smell from escape to avoid pollution to the air.
