Prefabricated box culvert splicing connection and fastening method
The invention relates to a prefabricated box culvert splicing connection and fastening method. The method comprises the following steps of 1) dividing a prefabricated box culvert splicing seam into circular seams and longitudinal seams, bonding the sections on one side of the front section and the rear section of the circular seam by adopting an epoxy resin adhesive, sealing by embedding a water-swellable rubber strip in the seam and filling a flexible sealant by arranging a chamfer outside, wherein the longitudinal seam structure adopts a tongue-and-groove seam form, the longitudinal seams ofthe front section and the rear section are staggered and are not on the same plane, and the same circular seam is bonded and sealed; and 2) fastening the front section and the rear section, longitudinally reserving a prestressed pipeline in the prefabricated box culvert, and performing prestressed tensioning and fastening, so that the circular seams between the front section and the rear sectionare tightly attached. The method disclosed by the invention is convenient in construction, firm and durable in connection structure and good in sealing property, the structural weak surface is reduced, and the problems of splicing connection and fastening of the prefabricated box culvert are solved.
本发明涉及一种预制箱涵拼装连接及紧固方法,其步骤为:1)预制箱涵拼缝分为环缝、纵缝,环缝前后节段一侧采用环氧树脂粘结剂粘结节段,密封采用缝内嵌填遇水膨胀橡胶条,外设倒角填补柔性密封胶;纵缝结构采用企口缝形式,前后节段纵缝相错,不在同一平面,粘结及密封同环缝;2)前后节段紧固,预制箱涵纵向预留预应力管道,进行预应力张拉紧固,使前后节段间环缝密贴。本发明施工方便,连接构造牢固及耐久,密封性好,减小结构软弱面,解决预制箱涵拼装连接及紧固的难题。
