The construction method comprises the following steps: measuring and setting out a central axis angular point of the cement-soil mixed wall; reinforcing a construction site and constructing a guide wall; grooving by using a grooving machine and performing earthwork backfilling in a groove, and forming a backfill soil section; constructing the cement-soil mixed wall by using a TRD construction method in the backfill soil section; injecting curing liquid withthe same proportion into a pulling area of a cutting box, performing pulling and grouting at the same time, and ensuring that a hole occupied by the cutting box is densely filled and effectively reinforced, and finishing wall construction. According to the construction method, a trenching machine is used for excavating a hard soil body, a TRD construction method machine is adopted to conduct cement-soil mixed wall forming construction on the backfill soil section, the problems that when the soil layer hardness difference is large, a tool of the TRD construction method machine is large in soilbody cutting resistance, and a cutter head is prone to overturning are successfully solved, and the cement soil mixed wall has good stability and anti-seepage performance.
