The invention relates to an excavating and conveying system for a hard soil pore channel at the bottom of a large-tonnage shipwreck and a construction operation method of the excavating and conveyingsystem. Modular design is adopted by the system, and the system comprises a crawler-type traveling system, an excavating and conveying system, a vertical lifting system, a rotating system, a fixing platform, a threading connection system, a lifting platform and a control system. The crawler-type travel system is excellent in performance and stable in motion, and can be suitable for complex subseaenvironments; the integrated excavating and conveying system can meet the excavation and conveying construction requirements of multiple types of soil mass; and the rotating system and the vertical lifting system are matched with each other, and all-directional excavation tasks can be realized at the front part of the whole excavating and conveying system. Through a modularized, integrated and automatic design method, the problems of difficult excavation construction, long time consumption and the like of the hard soil pore channel at the bottom of the large-tonnage shipwreck can be solved, and meanwhile, the timeliness and the safety of personnel are improved during the salvaging and threading operation of the large-tonnage shipwreck.
