The invention discloses a composite concrete filled steel tubular column beam column joint and column-column inner steel pipe flange connecting system. A composite concrete filled steel tubular columnis composed of an outer steel pipe and an inner steel pipe. An overhung steel beam comprises an inner steel beam and an outer steel beam of the outer steel pipe and an outer steel beam of the inner steel pipe. A stiffening component comprises longitudinal PBL stiffening ribs, cross separation plates and longitudinal stiffening ribs between the cross separation plates. The inner steel pipe and theouter steel pipe in the composite concrete filled steel tubular column are divided into two parts, and are not connected into a whole, and outer flanges are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the inner steel pipe. In the construction process, the inner steel pipe is firstly mounted, the inner steel pipe is connected with an inner steel pipe of a lower column through the outer flanges,and then the outer steel pipe is mounted. The inner steel pipe and the outer steel pipe are both prefabricated in a factory, the steel pipes in the upper column and the lower column are connected through the flanges, and the inner steel pipe and the outer steel pipe are connected through a bolt; and the outer pipes of the upper column and the lower column are welded, the construction difficulty is greatly reduced, the industrial needs can be greatly met, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction period is shortened.
