The invention provides a light heat-preservation type outer wall building board. The light heat-preservation type outer wall building board comprises a heat-preservation layer, a cement-based protective layer, bonding layers and a heat-preservation transition layer, wherein the bonding layers are arranged on the two sides of the heat-preservation layer; a plurality of stopping convex ribs protruding towards the heat-preservation layer are arranged on the bonding layers; the stopping convex ribs arranged on the bonding layers on the two sides of the heat-preservation layer are distributed in astaggered mode in the height direction of the light heat-preservation outer wall building board; the heat-preservation layer is filled with rock wool and an XPS extruded sheet; the rock wool and the XPS extruded sheet are arranged at intervals through partition plates; the rock wool is limited and stopped in the height direction through the stopping convex ribs arranged in the staggered mode in the height direction; the rock wool and the XPS extruded sheet are arranged in the heat-preservation layer, so that the heat-preservation and fireproof performance of the building board can be improved;the XPS extruded sheet can improve the supporting performance of the heat-preservation layer of the building board in the horizontal direction; and the arranged partition plates can ensure that two heat-preservation cavities are independent of each other, and the two materials are prevented from moving in the heat-preservation layer.
