The ceiling comprises a plurality of splice plates which are spliced together. Each splice plate comprises a frame and a ventilation and rain proofing opening-closing plate arranged on theframe. The building ventilation and rain proofing structure further comprises an opening-closing plate drive plate, and the opening-closing plate drive plate is used for driving the ventilation and rain proofing opening-closing plates to be opened and closed to make ventilation slots in an open state or a closed state. The building ventilation and rain proofing structure not only has a ventilation function, but also has a rain proofing function.
