The construction method includes the following steps that 1, an aluminum plate is mounted; 2, a wall body is built; 3, a joint material is mounted; 4, a catch basin is mounted; 5, a cast-in-place cover plateis constructed; 6, a waterproof layer is constructed; and 7, a waterproof protective layer is constructed.
