The invention discloses a folding stair for a wood board attic. The folding stair comprises a frame. A hinge plate is movably mounted on one side of the outer surface of the lower end of the frame. First connecting shafts are movably mounted at the ends, far away from the frame, of the first fixing blocks. Second fixing blocks are fixedly mounted in the middle positions of the front end and the rear end of the outer surface of the upper end of the hinge plate. Second connecting shafts are movably mounted at the upper ends of the second fixing blocks. First movable shafts are movably mounted between the second connecting shafts and the first connecting shafts. A fixed stair body is fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the upper end of the hinge plate.
