Integrally-formed stone quick-assembling plate
The invention discloses an integrally-formed stone quick-assembling plate which mainly comprises a bottom layer serving as a supporting main body and a surface layer attached to the top surface of thebottom layer. The bottom layer is mainly formed by mixing polyoxyethylene, modified wood flour, a composite stabilizer, a foaming agent and a flame retardant, the surface layer is stone, and the bottom layer is compounded on the back surface of the surface layer through injection molding. The specific manufacturing process comprises the steps of (1) pretreating raw materials; (2) preparing a basematerial of the bottom layer; and (3) manufacturing the stone quick-assembling plate. The PVC composite material and the stone plate are integrally bonded and formed, so that the stone quick-assembling plate is light, waterproof, fireproof, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and not likely to deform or fall off, can be mounted and fixed through nails or screws, is widely used for decoration ceiling suspension, wall body and wall face installation, and wardrobe, cabinet and whole house customization, can be fixed through nails or bolts, and can be recycled.
