The composite foam insulation board with the grid reinforcing ribs comprises an insulation board, a leveling and bonding layer and a base layer wall face; the insulation board comprises an inorganic modified foam insulation inner board, inorganic modified foam insulation cores, the grid reinforcing ribs, modified polyphenyl layers, inorganic modified foam insulation outer boards and a fireproof coating; the inorganic modified foam insulation cores are fixedly connected to the two sides of the inorganic modified foam insulation inner board; and the grid reinforcing ribs are arranged on one side of each inorganic modified foam insulation core. According to the composite foam insulation board with the grid reinforcing ribs, the grid reinforcing ribs are arranged, formed by welding hot-galvanized steel wire warp and weft in a crossed mode and clamped in the modified foam insulation inner board and the modified polyphenyl layers, therefore, the insulation board is solid and cannot be layered, an inorganic flame-retardant packing solution permeates into the grid reinforcing ribs to form a barrier to isolate air, and the fireproof performance of the insulation board is improved.
