The invention discloses an anti-overflowing cement ground rolling machine. The machine structurally comprises an anti-sliding operating handle, a side beam connecting frame, a closed damping shaft, aground rolling structure and an electric engine; the ground rolling structure is of an L-shaped structure and is attached to cement ground; the side beam connecting frame and the ground rolling structure are fixed together through bolts; and the electric engine is arranged on the upper surface of the side beam connecting frame. According to the cement ground rolling machine, through the arrangement of a sliding anti-overflowing flatting device and a swinging anti-overflowing flatting device, when a cement construction surface is subjected to rolling, cement on the back of a vibrating ruler canbe effectively flattened, redundant cement can be discharged, the situation that the redundant cement goes beyond the vibrating ruler and overflows when being accumulated at the back of the vibratingruler, and meanwhile, as the vibration of a motor, the redundant cement is sprayed to the ground, subjected to rolling, in front of the vibrating ruler is avoided, and the flatness and the processingquality of cement ground rolling are improved.
