The invention relates to a construction platform for constructing a daylighting roof and a construction method of the construction platform. A guy net platform comprises a plurality of support columnswhich are vertically fixed to a structure floor at intervals and correspond to edges of the to-be-constructed daylighting roof, a plurality of guys which correspond to the bottom of to-be-constructeddaylighting roof and horizontally tensioned and arranged in a crossed manner, a plurality of length-adjustable fixing structures and scaffold floors horizontally paid on the plurality of guys, wherein the guys penetrate through the tops of corresponding support columns, and the ends of the guys extend downwards to the structural floor; and the fixing structures are fixed to the structure floor and correspond to the ends of the guys, and the ends of the guys are fixed to the corresponding fixing structures, and the corresponding guys are tensioned and adjusted by adjusting the length of the fixing structures. The support columns support the positions, corresponding to the edge of the daylighting roof, of the guys, and the ends of the guys are driven to move downwards to further tension theguys by decrease the height of the fixing structures downwards.
