The invention discloses a precast beam crack repairing construction process. The process comprises the steps that for a surface with a precast beam crack smaller than or equal to 0.2 mm, silane impregnating anti-corrosive paint is added twice; and for the surface with a crack larger than 0.2 mm and smaller than or equal to 1 mm, a groove is cut in the length direction of the crack, the crack is repaired and sealed with a high-strength grouting material, and a layer of carbon fiber cloth is attached to the crack. According to the precast beam crack repairing construction process, efficient andhigh-quality repairing of the precast beam crack can be achieved, and problems existing in the prior art can be effectively solved.
