The invention relates to the technical field of truss disassembly, in particular to a dismantling method of an inverted-triangle truss. The dismantling method comprises the steps that after purlines and primary beam bar pieces are dismantled, supporting bed jigs are arranged at preset positions of the main trusses; auxiliary trusses connected with the main trusses located on the edges and secondary beam bar pieces are dismantled; the main trusses are dismantled in a segmented manner; the remaining trusses adjacent to the main truss located on the edges are sequentially dismantled until the whole trusses are dismantled. The dismantling method of the inverted-triangle truss is free of special requirement for the field site, good in safety and easy to operate.
