The invention provides a three-dimensional bicycle parking garage, and belongs to the technical field of three-dimensional parking. The parking garage comprises a circulating rotating mechanism, a bicycle storage box, an outer surrounding structure and an automatic door device, wherein the circulating rotating mechanism is hinged to the bicycle storage box, and the outer surrounding structure is connected with a main body frame of the circulating rotating mechanism; and the automatic door device is connected with the outer surrounding structure and is positioned on the ground. The three-dimensional bicycle parking garage has the advantages that a traditional bicycle storing and taking mode is broken through, a technical concept and an implementation mode of storing and taking a plurality of bicycles simultaneously are provided, the average occupied area of the bicycles can be greatly reduced, the land utilization rate is increased, and the bicycle storing and taking speed can be greatly increased; and the three-dimensional bicycle parking garage is not limited by a single bicycle type, and the mounting and construction modes are flexible and diverse.
