Limiting frames and a light curtain sensor are installed on the outer wall of the bottom of the bottom plate, the limiting frames are composed of the first limiting frame and the second limiting frame, the first limiting frameand the second limiting frame are mounted on two outer side walls of the supporting plate respectively, the light curtain sensor is composed of an infrared transmitting tube and an infrared receivingtube, and a lifting table is connected with the portion, above the bottom plate, on the inner side wall of the supporting plate. By means of the device, bicycles can be placed in two layers, so thatthe bicycle parking space of the whole device is enlarged, the space of a road surface is not occupied, the problem of disordered parking of the bicycles is reduced, and the operation is simple.
