The vehicle transfer equipment comprises a support plate, wheels, a telescopic structure, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic rods and a support structure, wherein the wheels are mounted at the four corners of the bottom side of the support plate; the hydraulic cylinders are respectively mounted at the four corners of the bottom side of the support plate; the hydraulic rods are vertically mounted at action ends of the hydraulic cylinders; through the operation of an output motor, driving conical gears are driven to rotate; under the cooperation of driven conical gears, the rotation of lead screws is realized and pulling of longitudinal sliding blocks at two ends isrealized; after pulling, transverse sliding blocks slide along transverse sliding rails under the cooperation of crossbeams, so as to realize the expansion of the four groups of crossbeams; the four groups of crossbeams are supported to form maximum bearing surfaces, and at the moment, operation is carried out by the hydraulic cylinders; and under the cooperation of the hydraulic rods, a vehicle can be entirely lifted, the lifting process is steady, and the stability of the entire vehicle can be ensured in the moving process, so that the vehicle body can be better protected in the moving process.
