The invention discloses a rush-repair telegraph pole convenient to disassemble and assemble. The telegraph pole comprises a bearing plate, a rod sleeve and a main rod, wherein the rod sleeve is arranged on the bottom surface of the bearing plate, and a drill bit is arranged at the bottom of the rod sleeve; a mounting hole is formed in the position, connected with the rod sleeve, of the bearing plate, and the main rod is inserted into the rod sleeve through the hole site formed in the bearing plate; and a plurality of screw holes are formed in the bearing plate, and the bearing plate is lockedand installed on the ground through bolts via the screw holes. The main rod and the rod sleeve are detachably arranged, in the installation process of the emergency repair telegraph pole, the rod sleeve is rotated into the ground through the drill bit arranged at the bottom of the rod sleeve till the bearing plate fixedly connected with the rod sleeve is attached to the ground, and the bearing plate is locked on the ground through the plurality of bolts to achieve stability; and finally, the main rod is inserted into the rod sleeve through the mounting hole formed in the bearing plate, and mounting of the rush-repair telegraph pole is completed.
