The invention discloses a movable type security-monitoring fence mechanism which comprises a fixed plate and a base, wherein the base is mounted on the fixed plate and is of a rectangular cavity structure; a through hole is reserved in the base; a cover plate is assembled on the through hole; a liquid outlet is formed in the lower end of the side wall of the base; and a seal cover is mounted on the liquid outlet in a covering manner. According to the movable type security-monitoring fence mechanism, the base adopts the rectangular cavity structure and can be filled with water or other fluid toincrease the weight of the base, so that the stability of the entire movable type security-monitoring fence mechanism is improved; a slip type movable structure is arranged below the base to move thefence mechanism; a spiral type locking structure on one side of the slip type movable structure is utilized to fixedly support the fence mechanism in the vertical direction, so that the stability ofthe entire fence mechanism is improved; and a telescopic type fence structure can adjust the transverse side of the fence to increase the retaining scope of the fence.
