The high-strength concrete protection door comprises a door frame and a door body and is characterized in that a groove is formed in the inner wall, facing the door body, of the door frame, the groove is filled with sealing liquid, a sealing film is arranged onan opening of the groove, and a through hole aligned to the groove is formed in the side wall of the edge of the door body; and spines capable of stretching out of the through hole to the groove are arranged in the door body, a linkage mechanism is arranged in the door body, and the linkage mechanism drives the spines to stretch out of the through hole. The high-strength concrete protection door has the advantage of effectively relieving the problem of air leakage of a protection door.
