The invention discloses a sound-insulation and heat-preservation door plate and a preparation method thereof. The door plate comprises a door core and a surface layer, wherein the surface layer coversthe surface of the door core; the surface layer is a metal layer; the door core is a hollow housing; fluff is arranged on an inner wall in the housing; the fluff comprises long fluff strips and shortfluff strips; the long fluff strips and the short fluff strips are adjacently arranged to form a gully structure; and a door core cavity is formed in the middle of the housing. The door plate disclosed by the invention has very good sound-insulation performance and heat-preservation performance under the mutual matching effect of a plurality of structures and materials.
