The invention discloses an aluminum alloy door and window facilitating internal drainage. The aluminum alloy door and window facilitating the internal drainage comprises a door and window main body, drainage holes, drainage structures and drainage pipes; the interior of the door and window main body is movably connected with movable door bodies; a base is arranged at the bottom of the door and window main body; the drainage holes are formed in the exterior of the base; and the exteriors of the movable door bodies are fixedly connected with the drainage structures.
