Deep mine slime water in-situ filling method and slime water cemented filling material
The invention discloses a deep mine slime water in-situ filling method and a slime water cemented filling material. The method includes the steps that a downhole sorting system is used for sorting exploited raw coal, and after sorted coal gangue is broken by a breaker, the coal gangue is used as coarse aggregate for preparing the slime water cemented filling material; after slime water is subjected to precipitation and dehydration treatment, generated slime slag is used as fine aggregate of the slime water cemented filling material; and meanwhile cement, coal ash and other cementing materialsare added, an additive is added, the slime water cemented filling material is prepared in a stirring manner, and the slime water cemented filling material is pumped and transported to a working zone through pipelines to be used for gob-side entry and working face filling behind support or way-by-way cemented filling coal mining. The operation is easy and practical, the lifting and treatment cost of the slime water can be reduced, the recovery rate of coal resources can be increased, and great significance is achieved for deep mine green development.
本发明公开了一种深部矿井煤泥水就地充填方法及煤泥水胶结充填材料,该方法是利用井下分选系统对开采出的原煤进行分选,分选出的煤矸石经破碎机破碎后,作为煤泥水胶结充填材料制备的粗骨料;煤泥水经过沉淀脱水处理后,产生的煤泥渣作为煤泥水胶结充填材料的细骨料;同时加入水泥、粉煤灰等胶凝材料,并配以添加剂搅拌制备成煤泥水胶结充填材料,通过管路泵送运输至作业区,用于沿空留巷、工作面架后充填或逐巷胶结充填采煤。本发明操作简单、实用,不仅能减少煤泥水的提升、处理费用,还能提高煤炭资源回收率,对于深部矿井绿色发展具有重要意义。
