AUTOMOBILE-DOOR-HINGE MANUFACTURING METHOD AND AUTOMOBILE
The present invention provides an automobile door hinge that enables an attachment/detachment function of a door, reduces the weight thereof, and increases the production efficiency. The automobile door hinge is provided with: a base member 2U that is secured to a door; a base member 3U that is secured to a vehicle body; a hinge shaft 4U that joins the base member 2U and the base member 3U with each other in a rotatable manner; a screw body 5U that is screwed on the hinge shaft 4U so as to be attachable/detachable in an axial direction and so that the base member 3U and the hinge shaft 4U areintegrally rotated; bushes 6U, 7U that are fitted inside a shaft hole 22U of the base member 2U so that the base member 2U and the hinge shaft 4U are rotated relative to each other; and a fall-out stopper 8U that prevents the hinge shaft 4U from falling out of the shaft hole 22U of the base member 2U in the axial direction. The base members 2U, 3U are manufactured by means of casting employing analuminum alloy as a raw material.
汽车用门铰链能够实现门的装拆功能,减轻重量,提高生产效率。该汽车用门铰链包括固定于门侧的基体构件(2U)、固定于车身侧的基体构件(3U)、将基体构件(2U)和基体构件(3U)以能够互相转动的方式连结起来的铰链轴(4U)、为了使基体构件(3U)和铰链轴(4U)一体转动而以能够沿着轴线方向装拆的方式与铰链轴(4U)螺纹结合的螺纹结合体(5U)、为了使基体构件(2U)和铰链轴(4U)相对旋转而内嵌合于基体构件(2U)的轴孔(22U)的衬套(6U、7U)、以及防止铰链轴(4U)自基体构件(2U)的轴孔(22U)沿着轴线方向脱离的防脱部(8U)。通过将原材料设为铝合金的铸造来制造基体构件(2U、3U)。
