The invention discloses an assembly-type wallboard machining system, which comprises a reference platform and a cover plate, and a plurality of wallboard dies are arranged between the reference platform and the cover plate in an up-down stacked mode. The cover plate is connected with a lifting mechanism for driving the cover plate to press downwards; and a negative pressure device is arranged outside each wallboard mold and is communicated with a sealed cavity formed by the plastic films. The invention further discloses an assembly-type wallboard machining method. Except for the pressing of the cover plate connected with the lifting mechanism, the negative pressure device is also used for vacuumizing to form negative pressure compression, so that the processed wallboard is smoother, more uniform and better in quality.
本发明公开了一种装配式墙板加工系统,包括基准平台和盖板,在基准平台和盖板之间上下层叠设置有多个墙板模;所述盖板上连接有带动盖板向下压的升降机构;还包括在各个墙板模外的塑料膜以与塑料膜形成的密封腔体连通的负压装置。本发明还公开了一种装配式墙板加工方法。本发明除了通过与升降机构连接的盖板的压制以外,还通过负压装置进行抽真空形成负压压迫,使这个加工出来的墙板更加平整、均匀、质量好。
