Geopolymer-based ALC plate self-curing anti-crack mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses geopolymer-based ALC plate self-curing anti-crack mortar which comprises the following components: 200-230 parts of quartz sand, 30-40 parts of metakaolin, 10-20 parts of fly ash, 60-70 parts of an alkali activator, 10-15 parts of silica gel powder, 1-2 parts of nano aluminum oxide and 1 part of a foaming agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the geopolymer-based ALC plate self-curing anti-crack mortar. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing neat paste; 2) preparing mortar; 3) pouring and maintaining. The problems that an existing sand aerated concrete ALC plate is low in strength, prone to cracking and the like are solved, the silica gel powder and the geopolymer form an ink bottle structure, free water adsorbed bysilica gel powder particles is fixed in a system, water loss in the autoclaved curing process is effectively avoided, meanwhile, water is slowly released, and the anti-cracking function is achieved.
本发明公开了一种地聚合物基ALC板材自养护抗裂砂浆,包括以下组分:石英砂200‑230份,偏高岭土30‑40份,粉煤灰10‑20份,碱激发剂60‑70份,硅胶粉10‑15份,纳米氧化铝1‑2份,发泡剂1份。本发明还公开了一种地聚合物基ALC板材自养护抗裂砂浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)制备净浆;2)制备砂浆;3)浇筑养护。本发明解决了现有的砂加气混凝土ALC板材强度偏低、易开裂等问题,通过硅胶粉和地聚合物形成“墨水瓶”结构,使得硅胶粉颗粒吸附的游离水固定在体系内部,有效避免蒸压养护过程中的水分流失,同时缓慢释放水分,实现抗裂的功能。
