The invention relates to a lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide solid electrolyte doped with a boron compound and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method uses the following raw materials inpercentage by mass: 40%-50% of lanthanum trioxide, 30%-40% of lithium hydroxide monohydrate, 15%-25% of zirconium dioxide and 0.5%-5% of a boron compound. The lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide solid electrolyte Li7La3Zr2O12 (LLZO) doped with the boron compound is prepared, and the boron compound is a boron oxide or a boric acid compound such as lithium borate. The lithium lanthanum zirconium oxidesolid electrolyte doped with the boron compound has high ionic conductivity, is simple in preparation method, can effectively meet the requirements of an all-solid-state power battery, an electric energy storage battery and the like, and has a good application prospect.
一种掺杂硼化合物的锂镧锆氧固体电解质及其制备方法,该制备方法使用包含按质量百分比的如下原料:三氧化镧40%~50%、一水合氢氧化锂30%~40%、二氧化锆15%~25%以及硼化合物0.5%~5%,制备得到掺杂硼化合物的锂镧锆氧固体电解质LiLaZrO(LLZO),其中,所述硼化合物为硼氧化物或硼酸化合物如锂硼酸盐。该掺杂硼化合物的锂镧锆氧固体电解质具有高离子电导率,且其制备方法简单,能够有效满足全固体动力电池和电力储能电池等需要,具有很好的应用前景。
