The invention discloses a quasi-sillimanite brick for a glass melting furnace. The quasi-sillimanite brick comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of flint clay large particles, 40-45 parts of flint clay fine particles, 5-10 parts of sillimanite small particles, 8-10 parts of an additive, and 8-10 parts of a binding agent. The flint clay is used as a main material, asmall amount of sillimanite is added, the parts of the ingredients are adjusted, the ingredients are simple, the performance is similar to that of an existing sillimanite brick, the quasi-sillimanitebrick can replace a directly combined magnesite-chrome brick, a sillimanite brick and an andalusite brick, and the cost is greatly reduced.
