Super low-porosity brick
The invention discloses a super low-porosity brick, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of flint clay large particles, 40-45 parts of flint clay fine particles,5-10 parts of sillimanite small particles, 3-5 parts of mullite fine powder, 0-5 parts of bauxite fine powder, 8-10 parts of a binding agent and 8-10 parts of an additive, wherein the flint clay large particles and the flint clay fine particles are iron-free flint clay particles. The flint clay is used as a main material, the performance of refractory bricks on the market at present is kept, thegranularity of mullite fine powder is adjusted, and the bauxite fine powder is added to change the preparation of the raw materials for forming the refractory bricks. The high-temperature use performance of the product is remarkably improved, the key technology of reducing the porosity is achieved, and the porosity is remarkably reduced.
本发明公开了一种超级低气孔砖,含有以重量份为单位的下列各原料,焦宝石大颗粒10~20份,焦宝石细颗粒40~45份,硅线石小颗粒5~10份,莫来石细粉3‑5份,铝矾土细粉0‑5份,结合剂8~10份,外加剂8~10份;所述焦宝石大颗粒、焦宝石细颗粒无铁焦宝石颗粒。本发明以焦宝石为主料,保持现在市面上耐火砖的性能,并通过调整莫来石细粉颗粒度,并通过增设铝矾土细粉来改变组成耐火砖原料的配制。使制品的高温使用性能得到显著提高,解决了降低气孔率这一关键技术,显著降低了气孔率。
