The invention provides a subway tunnel wall cleaning operation vehicle and a cleaning operation method. The cleaning operation vehicle comprises a bogie, a vehicle frame and a vehicle hook, wherein the frame is arranged on the bogie, and the vehicle hook is arranged on the frame. The cleaning operation vehicle also comprises a cleaning device and a mechanical arm. The mechanical arm is arranged onthe frame, is connected with the cleaning device and is used for adjusting the position of the cleaning device through the mechanical arm to clean the corresponding position of the tunnel wall. Heated high-pressure water is used as a cleaning medium, so that dirt is easier to peel off, and raise dust is avoided; by the adoption of the novel cleaning device and the cleaning mode, the problem thatpipelines on the subway tunnel wall and the wall surface are not cleaned thoroughly is effectively solved, and meanwhile high-pressure water is prevented from splashing everywhere to damage electricalequipment; the cleaned wall surface is dried and cleaned by adopting an air knife to remove residual oil and liquid; the mechanical arm is adopted for supporting and controlling the cleaning device,and subway tunnel walls are completely covered and cleaned.
