The invention discloses a steam type winter road surface anti-icing vehicle. The device comprises a working box and a working cavity formed in the working box; a steam device capable of providing power is arranged in the working cavity; a placement box is fixedly arranged on the right upper end surface of the working box; a placing cavity with an upward opening is formed in the placing box; and the placing cavity is filled with industrial salt for preventing the road from icing. According to the steam type winter road surface anti-icing vehicle, when the temperature is relatively low, the steam type road surface working vehicle is used for working on a road before icing, steam with waste heat can be repeatedly utilized and sprayed on the road surface after steam does work to heat and humidify the road surface, and industrial salt in the containing box can be evenly sprayed on the heated and humidified road surface to prevent the road surface from icing.
